About

Enterprise Java, from monolith to microservices architecture.

I take long-running banking systems and move them to modern, cloud-native architecture without disrupting the business that runs on them. When production breaks, I'm the one who digs in.

What I do

Build, fix, ship, teach.

Modernise platforms

Monolith to Spring Boot microservices, Java 6 to Java 21, Oracle to PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB, application migration from on-prem to cloud.

Keep production calm

Incident lead with Splunk, AppDynamics and Grafana, plus root-cause analysis so issues stay fixed.

Ship safely

Jenkins pipelines deploying to AWS EKS behind Kong API Gateway, secured with Spring Security.

Agile teamwork

Agile delivery with distributed teams across Poland, India, Hong Kong and China, plus code reviews and mentoring.
